The owner of GLAM would not return a men's cologne that was clearly not the scent it was packaged to be... she was very rude and would not refund my purchase! Don't shop at GLAM!!!

Went to Lola’s fine Jewelry by the fruits and vegetables. Owner Eddy was racist and greedy. He lacked basic civility skills. Had no moral conscience. Was Very disrespectful and had zero customer service. He only cared about making a buck. Also, lied about the gold he had went back and forth with his lies from the golds. Extremely arrogant and unethical. Don’t shop there he will rob you blind and with your eyes open. Below zero ratings

My husband and I went to this store today for custom t-shirts. We told them we wanted five grey custom t-shirts. We were told that the price is normally $20, but would be $18 per shirt since were getting five. We designed our shirts and had them printed. When we went to pay, we were told the shirts were $25 each. I told the gentleman that we agreed to $18 per shirt, not $25. He said that the custom shirts are $25 each. I explained to him that this is not what we were told prior to designing and printing our shirts. He said that he cannot tell the price of shirt until after it's been made. We told him that he should have a better system than that because now we are being asked to pay more than what we agreed to originally. He said his system is fine. We paid, and on our way out the man mumbled derogatory things to us. We will not be returning to this vendor.

This guy is a *** pulling scams a lot.

I bought something there also when I tried to use the festival dollars he said he doesn't except them because he discounted price that's not the purpose of having them. The fleamarket management should look into this it's not fair to everyone else except that.

When I went back with a defective product he denied it and would not make good for it or replace it and got out right nasty .

This is a flea market. Not the worst one I have ever been, too. It may even be nicer than most. Some of the vendors have a bit of an attitude, but there are plenty of nice vendors to make up for it. You never know what you'll find here. Every month it switches up, with new stores popping up. I recommend checking out one of the new stores, Best Pasta Ever, on Carnival and Jamboree in Booth # 2243. They stand out, and their customer service on point. If you like gourmet food, this place is a must-see.

PERFUME CONNECTION SCAM In Festival Flea Market

I was lied to and sold a 2 bottles of creed perfume 300$.. that was fake. I thought the lady seemed trustworthy and I knew the price was lower than Neiman Marcus but she told me it was because no box or lid. She sprayed the real perfume to let me smell the switched and sold me a bottle that looked the same but the smell evaporated within 30 min! That is not Creed. Creed perfume last forever. These people BAIT and switch!! Be careful. Go to department store and get what you pay for . In this case I didn't even get what I payed for . Better off to go get a splash at Walgreens

I fell leaving one store, there was somrhing on the floor, my foot rolled over it beinng propelled into a kiosk hitting face on kiosk. was taken to hospital by ambalace. My face neck an wrist. We're injured . I was taken to hospital by ambulance I have called many times with no response, I only wanted insurance information to talk to manager "Brian" to get insurance in formation, no one responds , if anyone has this info please call 954644****. I do not understand that this us not public information, It will be greatly appreciate any help I bcan get, Yank you Donna young.

I must say that the lovely people who give out coupons in The Customer Service Booth were absolutely helpful. Not only did they give the coupons in a timely and orderly manner but their smiles made my day. When I visit Florida next year I will gladly give my business to the Festival Flea Market. I enjoyed the day immensely there was so much to buy and my friends and I had the greatest time.We especially loved the Hillsborough Antique Mall and The Cosmetic Depot. The jewelry was beautiful and not overpriced. We had lunch at the Food Court and it was delightful. Thank you for making our visit worthwhile.

Sandwich had something gritty in it and owner didn't care

My wife bought a chicken Caesar wrap from THE CHEESESTEAK EXPERIENCE IN THE FESTIVAL FLEA MARKET.. She noticed while eating the first half it had something gritty in it like fine sand. We took the rest of the sandwich back to the owner. We showed her the gritty stuff on the paper. She grabbed the paper and immediately threw it away. She claimed the grit was from the grill and was caused by a steak sandwich cooked before. She accused my wife of trying to get her money back and refused to do anything. She also tried to keep the other half of the sandwich, which I grabbed from her. I told her I was going to the property manager and she went with us. The manager was not there and the secretary didn't seem interested. The health department should probably go in to the sandwich counter and make sure it comes up to Broward County standards. We will call the property manager tomorrow and lodge a complaint against THE CHEESESTEAK EXPERIENCE. My wife has eaten the same sandwich many times before at the same place and has never had a problem. As far as customer service goes the lady that owns or runs THE CHEESESTEAK EXPERIENCE has no idea what it is. We will make sure that no one we know eats at this place and we will never order from them again. All she had to do was say I'm sorry. Now she has lost a customer and I hope many more after we get through talking to all our friends that go to the FESTIVAL FLEA MARKET>

How Festival Flea Market and LAS Shoes rip off Customers AND AND THE STATE OF FLORIA

This past Sunday I shopped at the Festival Flea Market. Shopped 2 pair of shoes at LAS and went to pay for them. First pair was buy one get the second 50% off. The vendor has his cash register set up to count it as a coupon buy and charged full sales tax as if the times were not discounted. I pointed out this was not a coupon purchase and proceeded to visit the cusotmer service office for the flea market where a very disinterested manager of the Day, Dave and and an even ruder off duty Broward county sheriff pointed out since I had declined the sale when I saw I was being ripped off, that they would do nothing. I showed them the void slip for the transaction and the 'rent a cop....off duty broward sheriff told me I was silly to even report or follow up on a tax lest than 2 dollars. Since when is it a Sheriff's place to make a call like this. But this morning I lodged a formal complaint with the Florida department of revenue and the Broward County Sheriff's office. Dave.....well dave is Festival's problem, rude, cavalier, and disinterested!

I also bought shoes at LAS comfort shoes in the flea market. I bought these shoes on 10/25/13 and wore them twice...I loved the shoes and had no intention of returning them until they started to come apart...I had thrown away the original receipt so I made a copy of the charge on my credit card. That is when the drama begins....All of a sudden they can't accept a copy of my charge they need the original receipt and they said it was a final sale....Believe me, no where on the original receipt did it say FINAL SALE....they wouldn't even let me speak to the owner who they say is named ADA...

I will never buy another pair of shoes from this store...they were so unaccommodating and rude...they even threatened to call security..all because I wanted to return the shoes...they would not even let me have a credit or pick out another pair of shoes.

Soo much for the customer is always right,,,

This company/store L.A.S COMFORT SHOES is an scam the reason why I am able to speak like due to the fact I had a terrible experience but this people here goes the incident how took effect : on August 31,2013 I bought one pair of shoes,that was claim to be excellente in comfort specially to be standing for long hours,price pay $75.00 plus tax,after trying them at home I was not feeling all that comfort so I went back to the store located in Pompano Beach inside Festival Flea Market on September 2 Labor day,I explain to the sales person the situation nad my desire to get a REFUND OR EXCHANGE ,the two employees refused and try to find all type of excuses and defect to the shoes that I just bought ,I went to the Flea Market complains office filled a form a security came and together went bacc to the store again the employees refuse to even EXCHANGE the shoes and to make it worse they start making very rude and impolite comments.

The Flea Market office and the security took no action.

I learn the lesson when you need to get something goe to real well establish store that have a reputation and really care about their customers like MACYS.

I do hope this could help anyone and safe them the bad experience.

I paid 90.oo cash to save money and treat myself to my favorite perfume I've been wearing for the last 20 yrs...pay cash, save money she said, This perfume usually lasts over 24 hours on me with one touch on each side of my neck,,I know...in 2 minutes I couldn't smell it on myself..I put more on, again the scent disappeared..I realized it was watered down perfume..the owners have several shops,,mediterranean dark haired women 30's 40's...they will smile and lie right to your face...Other nice vendors,,such as the New York guys who sold my daughter a cell phone cover, told me to report them, and that they had heard many complaints about them..but the main ooffice there does nothing to Protect The Consumer..I told her I'd sread the wordd good news spreads slow Bad News Fast..so Don't buy Perfume from FESTIVAL Flea Market,,,she owns most of them..dark hair lady in early 40's has different young people working at the other stands...looks brand new same, as store smells good at first,,but is 90 % Water...they are all rippoffs...

I always have purchased the tester colognes from the flea market there on sample, but never had any that were fake? Maybe the real boxes are fake, but the testers in the plain brown boxes I think are fine!???

I am just saying I bought maybe 8 times from there and never got the watered down cologne, I boyght Bulgari Aqua, aqua do gio, polo blue and chrome.

I'm not sating this didn't happen, but my experience has been okay there, but I use the same booth every time, possibly they have new person that owns other booths and is crooked!?!?!?
